Switchgear Panels and Modules for Larsen &Toubro

We are a registered vendor for Larsen & Toubro, Coimbatore.  We assemble Switchgear Panels on sub contract basis for this client.  We have an exclusive factory, spread over 10,000 Sq.ft. with 150 employees working therein, to execute the contractual work. 
We have an exclusive Quality Control team at this factory whose main focus is not only to identify any quality issues and rectify the same in the completed panels, but, to also design systems where we can zero down on any quality issues and thus keep up to the quality standards also.
We have been consistently increasing our turnover in this unit and are focused in crossing 6 Cr at the end of the current accounting year.  In order to achieve this goal we have designed new systems and procedures.  One such procedure is to have separate teams to assemble the wire hareness portion, through which, we are able to give more output within a shorter span.  Also the quality of the product is assured better through this concept.
